At Great Skin & Wellness, your time and experience are very important to us. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require a valid credit card on file when booking any appointment.
Please review our booking terms:

    •    Reservation Guarantee
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment will be processed in-spa at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

    •    Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

    •    Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file.

    •    No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.

    •    Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, and applicable cancellation fees may apply.

Agreement
By booking an appointment at Great Skin & Wellness, you authorize us to charge your card in accordance with the policies above.
